How much protein is “enough”?
Many adults aim for roughly 20 to 30 grams of protein at a main meal. Treat that as a starting point, not a rule. Individual needs vary, and if you have a medical condition or specific goals, a registered dietitian or your doctor can tell you what is right for you. Every recipe card here lists the protein per serving, so you do not have to do the math.
